I'm torn between 3.5 and 4.5. Neck looks awfully small for 4.5.

I'm thinking high 130s.

Hes the type of buck that should go from a really nice buck to exceptional in another year. If I had a few 130s on the wall already, and I had the type of property where he stood a chance of making it, I'd give him a pass. We had 3 3.5yos similar to that one, and only 1 is still alive.

If he would be my largest buck ever, I prob would shoot this year.

My thoughts exactly. For me, he'd get a pass this year knowing he's made it to Dec. 22, and hoping he'd be around next year and likely be something we'd all love to shoot, no questions asked.

Great buck, best of luck with him regardless of which way you go.

Thanks guys! I will probably let him walk if I get the opportunity. He would be my best as is. I would like to see his potential, and let one of my boys get a chance. One of them has two hanging that beat this guy although I'm not sure even this guy will beat his best, a stud 8 pointer that scored in the low 160's. Biggest obstacle is this is in MS so he has another 5 weeks or so to hopefully make it!
