Thoughts on shrink on vanes?

i was thinking of trying the shrink on vanes that you dip in water this year, anyone have any opinions on them?

I seen them in the cabela's book, I like the way they look. Just don't know if they would stay straight.

For what they cost you could buy a Bitzenburger for the price to do a couple dozen arrows. Then you would have so many more options as to how to fletch and you could also replace one single vane if that is all you needed.

My thoughts are they are way too expensive! If you want to try them though.. I have friends that have dropped the coin for them and they work GREAT!

Buy a fletching rig and do them yourself.. you will not believe how easy and fun it is to do them yourself!

There not as good as the look!!!! Buy a good jig and you want have near the problems Been there and done that one.
