I dug out my old Truglo magnum gobble dot sights to put on my OU and the plastic insert was missing.
I emailed Truglo and told them I had lost the pieces and wanted to purchase more. They emailed back and said they were sending replacements at no charge.
I was surprised they did that when I admitted I'd lost them. They didn't have to do it but this is the kind of thing that makes loyal customers.

I have learned that it never hurts to reach out or to offer compliments to an outdoor vendor. I've been surprised at what a select number of companies will do to maintain stellar customer service reputations.

I've had a couple good experiences with them. I once bought a USED Range Rover bow sight, which I informed them of. I wanted a different pin size in it. I contacted them and asked about buying one. They wrote me back and asked what size I wanted. Next thing I know, not only a new pin shows up at my house, but they sent me a whole other housing with the pin in it and a light attached.
