Mularkey's record doesn't suggest much confidence in the future for the Titans. Still, I think their troubles are the result of generally poor drafting and free agent signings and those are at the feet of the fired GM. That was a good decision.

Weren't the Panthers 1-15 two or three years ago? Talent makes coaches look much better.

Watching the Steelers now. They are back in the playoffs yet again. They have had three head coaches since 1969.
