today gobbling report

went out this morning to get an idea on how to set up tomorrow for the juvi hunt. and wow a little cold but they were on fire this morning. I lost count after 200 gobbles. I sure hope they are this fired up in the morning.

They have been on fire for me all week. Other people around are scratching their head wondering where they are based on reports I'm hearing. I got in the woods before first light this morning to determine where the "X" is going to be for us in the morning and SILENCE. So now I'm scratching my head wondering what to do in the morning.

They were on fire here in Gibson and Carroll County to, then their feet hit the ground and nothing!

Went out this morning and walked back up the hill to the cattle fields. just stopped and started listening and low and behold two were hammering away about 150 yds away in the hardwoods.

This was around 9 in Rutherford county.
