Shrimp and grits. First fried up some small bacon pieces and then added garlic, diced jalapenos, scallions, and some bell pepper. Added some butter and parsley to the mix then the shrimp. Cooked till the shrimp was done and spooned the mixture over a plate of freshly cooked cheese grits. Then sprinkled a dash of Cayenne pepper on top. Fresh rolls on the side. I ate to much, lol.
