"Here�s a little info on the new Scott BT release you�ve all seen Levi and Darrin shooting in the Elite Archery video.
The rotating pivot bearing design provides consistent, self-centering, index finger positioning while greatly reducing the effects of release �hang-up� naturally caused when the archer pulls instead of rotating the release. This is a problem at one time or another with virtually everyone shooting a back tension release. Beginning archers learning to shoot back tension often struggle with the concept of rotation instead of doing what is more natural and simply pull. As you pull, the tendency is to pull the hardest with the index finger and the harder you pull, the more difficult it becomes to rotate the release. This problem isn�t unique to beginning archers though. Even top level professionals sometime deal with issues of hanging up on the shot in a pressure situation.
This pivoting design, combined with optimally engineered pivot points result in a release that will help elevate the archer�s game from beginner to pro.
The finger extensions are interchangeable so this release can be used as a 2 finger, 3 finger, 4 finger swept-back and 4 finger straight design.
This release will be shipping sometime mid-December."
