Have several Covert mp8 black cameras I use at salt licks and a pond but need something with a faster trigger speed to catch walking deer on this intersection. Hear good things about the browning trail cams... suggestions? Like to stay at or under $150

Thanks

The Browning Dark OPs has a wide angle lens. This makes it great for setting up on trails. You can also adjust the trigger speed from a 3 or more burst of shots to a standard 3 shot or more. Up to 8 pics available in either mode. With wide angle you need to aim this camera a little lower than any other camera or you will waste pic space on the tops of trees and sky. Good luck!

Cuddeback E3. Fastest trigger speed I've seen. Only brand camera I will own now. Not only did it capture and one picture of this bluebird in mid air but it took 2 before the bird got outta the frame.

It is neat to see that, but most of today's cams do that as well.

I don't doubt a "slow" trigger would have failed to get these pics,
but getting them wasn't necessarily the result of a "fast" trigger either.
This bird appears to have lifted off from your feeder, then flew toward your cam.

Actually, noting his landing gear is down,
he may have been about to land on your trail cam
