I make it every year about this time. One of the first indicators of Fall. It's a freezer cleaner. Everything goes in. Pork, venison, beef...whatever. Nothing fancy. Garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, red pepper flakes, and hickory smoke. I use it in everything. Makes a great dinner sandwich, it's good sliced and tossed into tomato sauce for spaghetti, excellent in a pot of beans, and just good on a cracker. I had a handful left after stuffing and even made a few meatballs.
