Can anyone see these because I cant I am confused I am not good with stupid computer

The best way is to have an account somewhere like http://photobucket.com Save your photos to an album, place your pointer over the pic you want to share and a drop down menu will open. Copy the IMG Code at the bottom of the drop down menu and then paste that into your forum thread.
