Slowly! First things first make sure your bow is in tune. If it isn't you can spend hours working on hours and it will be wasted time.
You want to know that the broadheads are spinning true. The easiest way to do this is to spin them on a spinner and look for wobble.
The quickest DIY way is to make a spinner by cutting two Vs on opposite sides of a dixie (go) cup. Lay the middle of the arrow in the V and put the point against a cereal box. Slowly spin the arrow letting the weight lay in the Vs of the cup. Watch for wobble where the BH sits against the insert and watch to see if the BH point is moving from the spot it's touching. You can spin it faster point down on a glass table and watch for wobble. Rule of thumb - if it's wobbling it probably won't fly well.
After you get a few that are spinning true shoot them. If they group well you're making progress. If one shoots off target rotate the nock 120 degrees and shoot it again. That's called indexing the nocks.
It can get way more complicated than that, but hopefully that will get you going. You might consider slipping into Hermitage Archery or the Archery Den one day to get a little help.
There are quite a few folks on here who are willing to help you so keep asking questions. Don't give up if it isn't working right away.
