How do you take a pic of your turkey and keep the tail fanned out completely?

How do you take a pic of your turkey and keep the tail fanned out completely?

Pretty simple for me. Find 2 sticks and a rock if possible. Lay one stick across it from the back and put it between the bottom 2 feathers. Take the 2nd stock and press against the middle of the first and put the other end into the ground. Take take a rock and put it against the 2nd stick to keep it there Or if the rock is heavy enough use it as the 2nd stick
