Do turkey eat soy beans? The corn field I hunt is in beans this year.

I don't really know. They eat a lot of stuff, but I haven't particularly noticed them eating beans. When the farmer cuts the beans, the birds may very well pick through the fields for bugs, weed sprouts, or maybe leftover beans. Not as good as corn, but you could still have turkeys pecking around. You looking to hunt fall season or just keep them fed?

Bean field will be one of the places I scout while hunting . Late planting because of wet spring may not be cut.

Yes, have killed plenty if birds in the spring with crops full of leftover beans. I also have pics within just the last couple if weeks of birds using bean fields and the edges of various aged stands.
