Ol Tom makes a vestless shirt a buddy of mine has and he loves it.

I use a backpack with carabiners holding a cushion for sitting on. Backpack allows me to rest against tree better.

I just use a fanny pack that goes around waist,it holds a couple of box calls and slate call with some food and a bottle of water,I sold all my vest, would not have another one!

I use a fanny pack style belt with 4 pouches that I bought individually at WalMart. Works great.

I can't find them anymore, but I also have an orange mesh bag stuffed in one pocket that was designed for carrying a bird with vest-style straps when successful. Makes carrying a bird a breeze.

Add to that my turkey seat (with dekes strapped to the bottom if I'm carrying them), and I'm set.

Don't know who makes it but I remember seeing a belt type mechanism that buckled around your waist. It had pockets for calls and a pad to sit on.

I think we are thinking of the same thing but I can't remember the name of it.. I am hoping someone knows, this is why I created this thread.
