When watching videos about shooting turkeys with a bow most of them run off after shot like deer. Is this normal and do you track them like deer? Follow blood trail? What if they fly off. I want to shoot one with my bow but don't want to loose it.

Majority I've seen hit with an arrow flee to some degree, some more so than others. With that said, I've never shot one with my bow and arrow.
I have went one time with my bow. Had three coke in full strut at 18 yards. Shot the front bird, he jumped straight up and never moved again. Now the other two spooked about 5-6 foot then came over and put a show on. Started flogging him like crazy!
Just get you one of those guillotine broad heads. If you haven't seen them google it and watch the youtube videos.
