According to the Orlando Sentinel, receivers Tyrie Cleveland and Rick Wells were arrested Sunday in an alleged dorm room incident involving BB guns. The two are accused of causing in excess of $1,000 in damage to Keys Residential housing on campus.
Both players have been charged with "criminal mischief for damaging property of more than $1,000" and "shooting a missile inside an occupied dwelling." Both charges are felonies.
A UF Police Department report said an officer was sent to Keys Residential at 11:30 p.m. Sunday and observed three windows had been shattered and had a small, round hole in each. Video surveillance revealed two males shooting at someone at around 6:45 p.m. Sunday.
The officer identified the men with their ID cards to be Cleveland and Wells. Wells admitted his wrongdoing to the officer and turned over the BB gun. The two players then were arrested and booked at 3:38 am
now over $1000 in damage is pretty bad, and the fact they were seen shooting at someone is kinda troubling, but I normally would not post something so dumb. its not like they were found in a car with drugs, and a stolen gun......
but if I remember correctly didn't gators give FSU, and Winston fans heck over his BB gun incident?? in fact I know they did cause I read it on here a Million times must be a florida thing.
