So this year, I'm looking to become more serious about my turkey hunting than last year. I got permission to hunt a piece of property that is a bit larger and has some birds on it for sure. I have a Lynch's Fool-Proof box call, an old Knight & Hale Silver Queen and a mouth call, Lynch Daktari model.
1. These are probably stupid ?'s BUT are these sufficient?
2. Is there a good general purpose mouth call? When I looked, it seemed they were more specialty or maybe its' a marketing gimmick???

I know whatever I go with or stay with I need to practice, practice, practice.

Thanks in advance.

Find a mouth call cut you like, from there they all sound the same essentially with that cut. A bat wing from every call maker will sound about the same for instance.

your calls will work just fine, don't get overwhelmed by all the different ones on the market
