Unexpected visitor

I've lived on this farm for almost 15 years and have never heard or seen sign of a Bobcat before.
I was pretty surprised when I pulled the card on my trail cam expecting to see deer and turkeys and saw this kitty cat.

McMinn County.
I'm 63 years old and I've never seen a Bobcat in my county, let alone on my own farm.
I have seen a few, but they were on WMA's in the middle of the state.
