Uploading pictures??????

I dont know what Im doing wrong but i cant upload any picture! It keeps asking me for a URL address for what ever I try to upload. Any suggestions?

www.photobucket.com Go there,set up a free account and upload them there,and then just copy and paste the "IMG" code or link into your new thread your trying to post.
