Anyone have this license by any chance? I'm looking to ship some powder but unfortunately after research I have found out that you must have this license to ship powder. Was hoping maybe someone on here had it and could help me with shipping some powder.

Decades ago, a lot of times it depends on the amount that makes it hazardous.
From what I have researched UPS and FedEx are the only two who will ship powder and primers and you have to be a licensed to do so. I could be wrong but that is my understanding. Was hoping someone on here might have this license.

You must have a UPS account and you must be certified to handle and ship hazmats. UPS and Fedex are only following federal regulations. The packages require quite a bit more paper work and handling hence the hazmat fee. I'm afraid you may be out of luck. If its for a member on here maybe it could get a lift from another member headed that way.

I am a certified hazmat and radioactive shipper but I don't do private work and don't have a UPS account. DOT just changed the regulations for shipping ammo and such. ORM-D no longer exists.
