I know that no one on this forum cares, but I thought this interview of Gene Smith, the OSU AD, was noteworthy.

He went to Urban to talk pay raise and Urban really just wanted an extension because OSU is where he wants to retire. In addition, Gene Smith intentionally made Urban the second highest paid college football coach in the country behind Saban. That's because Saban has 4 NCs while Urban has 3. Gives you an idea of how Ohio State measures its football program.

He's only one gas pain from leaving..... I'm glad to see that he found somewhere safe to be since he couldn't handle the stress of big time football (SEC). He only has to worry about one or two teams on his schedule each year with several push overs mixed in.... :tu:

Gee, I forgot that the Gators beat OSU nine years ago. I'd say the Gators highlights are growing a bit long in the tooth. And, Urban Meyer was your coach! :lol:

At least the B1G doesn't allow it's schools to play FCS teams. Good luck playing the Owls, although it won't help with bowl eligibility and I doubt it's going to help as a tune up for FSU.

Count me in as well. I hate ND and OSU, but it pales to the dislike of Gators and Bammers, so I'm loving the smack talk coming from the yankees toward those two.

After all, it us just internet smack talk, which we have been taught over the years one needs thick skin, and if you can't handle it, blah, blah, blah, some other jibberish.
