No not going but will be watching. Should be a good game hopefully the vols come out on top.
Rough game to watch but good to get a win against a quality opponent.

Had you told me Bowden and Turner would have stunk it up like that and we still have free throws at the end to be in it, I would not have believed it.

Missed it but after last years game and the press after it. Knew it was going to be a scrappy game.
Wiseman comes back Jan 12, Lester in a couple more weeks.
Caught the beginning and then all of the 2nd half. Two pretty evenly matched teams. Congrats to Memphis on the win.

Personally, I think they play better as a unit without Wiseman on the floor.
I was playing golf during the game, but knew it would be a neighborhood brawl. Poor shooting on both sides indicates good defense and just the intensity of the game. Proudly, Penny apologized for his comments after last years game. I'm happy for my Tigers and we were lucky to beat a quality team on their floor.
Turner looked like garbage. What has happened to him?

You're exactly right. His shot looks different right now. He only needs to shoot if he is wide open until he gets his shot back. Turner is absolutely killing the team. For the Vols to have a good season, Turner and Bowden are going to have to play a lot better. They both look terrible to me right now.Spurhunter":20buf58n said:

That was one of the worst offensive games you'll see. I want Bowden to take over a game like that so bad & I think he's got the potential to do so, he just has to be better & not disappear even when his shots not falling early. Thought Faulky & James played really well, except for that dunk he bricked! I'd let James play on the ball & bring it up more than Turner to try & let him focus on getting open & hitting shots.
Bright side is defense was still pretty good, that'll keep us in ball games. Congrats to Memphis that was an ugly game from their side too but they found a way to get it done in a rocking TBA. I am definitely going to try to get to the game next year in Nashville.
