I know it's mtsu but in five plays they move the ball eighty Yds for a td.
Could Vanderbilt have actually found an offense?
They are picking up where they left off last season. They didn't lose many starters. I'm excited for the season although they do have a brutal schedule I am optimistic they will play their way into a bowl game this season.

They are looking like a good offensive football team. They are playing against a poor defense, but mtsu has a good offense and an NFL qb.

I've got news for the vols and other sec teams. Vandy is not gonna be a definite win this year. They have never had an offense that had any sort of passing attack. They do now with shurmer. If he doesn't get hurt and gets protection he will pick u apart. There is also a few receivers that can get separation and can catch the ball. The tight end Jared pickney is awesome! Did anyone see him flatten the guy that tried to tackle him? He is big AND fast with good hands. Vandy is gonna be a problem. Trust me. The defense is still very solid. Mtsu usually puts up around 500yds of offense.
I feel like vandy could have scored at will last night.

Vandy might be the poster child for why you give your coach a chance to build his program, learn from mistakes, get the staff he works with best, etc.

If u read the first post of this thread I predicted they play their way into a bowl game. Which if u didn't know is 6-6 and a decent season for the team I am talking about, but 12-0 would be impossible.
make fun all u like. I am a 40 year vandy fan. There is nothing that gets under my skin. Trust me.

You are both right.
Last time mtsu put up 500 Yds or so to vandys like, 250 or something.
Last time vandy had no passing attack (or offense at all hardly) and a bunch of lucky breaks on defense.
40 something points with 250 or so Yds doesn't scream a team playing a good game.
Vandy played a complete game the other night.
I'm sure I'm just overly optimistic as when I look at their schedule I can't really see six wins but I do think they will not be an easy w for most teams like they usually are.
Honestly. probably gonna be sov, but for now they are undefeated. :super:

Most of the people that I have personally spoken to rather they love hate or could care less about one team or the other feel Like Vandy will beat Vols again !
