Fourth Friday in August through the following Sunday. Aug 23-25
should be opening weekend of squirrel and it open on the 24th.

Oh, i would never go. I refuse to go until the calendar says October. I just game when they came out with it on the opener of squirrel. Lots if kids gonna left at home while daddy hunts a fuzzy antlered, red shaggy tick taxi

Too damn hot for me, if it doesn't cool off I may miss opening of dove season, haven't missed one of those in 51 years.
