Ground then put in the tins like meatloaf. Refrigerate overnight, remove from tin, smoke, then slice it like baconIs it ground up and formed into strips like jerky?

Turned out good, kinda like a much better and meatier spam. Not as good as actual bacon, but I'm sure much better for you. Turned out a touch salty and probably could've used a bit more pork fat. Will definitely do it again.How did it taste?
