Along a similar line....Last year I mentioned have venison jalapeño cheddar summer sausage and how much I liked it...someone on here recommended I fry a few pieces for breakfast...fantastic flavor! Excellent with fried eggs and toast!

I imagine the patties pictured would be delicious.

Your post inspired me…down to my last few wild turkey breasts so ground one up, added fat + spices, and diced jalapeño. Just plain delicious.
