A very bizarre story indeed, especially since the accusing student seems to have gone along with it for a while before deciding to sue.
This tidbit is interesting. Sounds like he was having a little too much fun and was about to loose his academic scholarship, which is worth very big $'s at ND.
"Attorney Michael Misch said the student received poor grades stemming from the stress of the situation. He decided to file the lawsuit even after the coach was fired because school officials were unwilling to discuss ways to improve his academic standing, Misch said."
Kind of reminds me of this story out of Gainesville a couple of weeks ago, Trey. [emoji3]
