Yeah, it's a little stale. I saw this developing about 2 maybe 3 hours ago.

Sawyers is supposed to be out also.

What I think of it? Meh. More culling.

Like you said, Butch is on the five year plan. He's trying to flip this roster as quickly as possible. That's the reason for these large recruiting classes. Take the best of the best and displace the rest. It's a business, I'm telling you. I'll bet that all 3 are leaving because of playing time. And before you bring up being lied to about playing time in recruitment, playing time should be AVAILABLE to everyone on the roster at some point, otherwise they wouldn't be there in the first place. Available being the key word. If a kid is willing to work hard, show his skill and be prepared to wait for his time, playing time will be available. If not, you get what we have here.

Yep... Looks like that one is starting to heat up also about Sawyers.... Next thing you know CBJ will be heading to the NFL.... Stay tuned... :stir:

Apparently they are learning of the better players coming in, they would not see the field, this will be a different Tennessee team!!!

Vic is a little soft cry baby that has had problems when not made the center of attention, my guess is he sees no serious playing time in his near future so he's going to take his ball and go else where. From what I understand from friends that have kids that have played with him in basketball and football is that his dad is a major problem. And that until he tells dad to butt out he will never stay anywhere very long. TIFWIW

To give you a little insite into whats going on here gator, heres a little tweet from a guy that would know. This guy knows what it takes to play at UT because he went from playing special teams his freshman year to earning starts on defense his sophmore year, to being a key piece on defense next season and beyond. He has the work ethic and the fortitude these guys leaving dont have and apparently has no problem playing for Butch Jones

There's nothing for Vol fans to figure out. If they are leaving it's because they either don't have the nads to cut it or don't have the nads to work for it and wait their turn. Bye.


You are absolutely right that it wasn't no big mystery that you troll every TN sight possible digging for some scoop on the Vols, including Volnation. You probably get all of your recruiting info for Florida from there as well since there hasn't been any recruiting going on in Gainesville.

According to your chosen venue of facts on this, none of the 3 or anybody currently for that matter have requested to transfer.

Reported on the radio this morning that one is no longer working out with the team and the other two are up in the air. The word (rumor) was used in the title... :tu:

I also listen to Vol talk radio during the week in my vehicle. I might not hate the Vols like some think but it doesn't hurt to no the subject if I'm going to talk smack with you guys... Go Gators...
