I don't think in my lifetime the basketball season has started with them ranked so high! A few predictions of them to final 4, starts tonight
 
Didn't they start out high one year Pearl got them to #1? Cant remember...
 
I like the makeup of the team. Not reliant on any one guy. Tough-nosed. Good defense.

Good balance of inside and outside scoring.

But, a VERY tough schedule, which should get us ready for tourney time. Should be a fun year.

Barnes turned out to be better than I thought. I knew he was solid at Texas but thought he was on the down side of his career. Got it rolling for sure in Knoxville.
 
They didn't play well against Ga Tech. Mostly because the refs controlled the game. 37 whistles in 32 minutes.

I hope they are better then they showed in the GA Tech game.
The game never got into any flow because of the refs. but Tenn never did much.

Oh well we can only hope ..they should be GREAT..they have 5 on the bench just as good as the 5 on the floor.They should just flat wear a lot of teams outAnd that Pons guy from London will be something else,
