Any of you notice ur backup QB and how mad he looked? Even Herbsteit said he should have headphones on listening to what's going on if not playing. IMO not a good look for him. Leaving Dormandy in was the right move and it paid off.

He kept it twice I think. Both times were for decent gains and I think it loosened the defense up both times because Im pretty sure there were some big plays right after both times he kept it.
Watching JG high school tape, the boy can run. I think people are trying to make him out to he Dobbs 2.0 as a runner tho and I dont think he is. I think he is definately more mobile than QD but really neither one needs to be super mobile. They just need to make the right reads and keep it a few times a game. That lingering thought that the QB could keep it really screws with a defense sometimes.
Neither one will ever be Josh Dobbs. Dobbs had the ability to make something out of nothing like very few I have watched. He was slippery, pretty good sized and a deceptively fast runner.
I thank this.hillbillyfab":2i3g4a60 said:When they were talking about both quarterbacks in the spring game, I figured whomever didn't get the start would end up transferring elsewhere. Wouldn't surprise me in the least to hear that news in the next few weeks.
