Grant Williams- SEC Player of The Year
Lamonte Turner- Co-6th Man of The Year
Admiral Schoefield- 2nd Team All SEC

Not bad for a team picked to finish 13th in the SEC!!
 
Turner is a sophomore......

Williams is a sophmore.....

Schoefield is a JR........

Barnes is a darn good coach, team is set up to be good for the next couple years. They got 1 senior on the entire team. He comes off the bench, & has been getting less playing time.
 
All that plus a SEC regular season Championship (co- with Auburn but 1st one in 10yrs..Ill take it)...Hope all that don't spell a one and done in the SEC and NCAA tournament.

Is playing one and done in the SEC tourney a bad thing? Get healthy for the NCAA tourney... IMO no, but as a competitor you want to win it.

But congrats on the winnings. Very good season for them. UF underachieved this year mainly bcse of having our two big men hurt all year. Our starter didn't play any. We have a 3 playing a starting role. :bash:

Honesty, I would rather see them win the SEC Tournament. Chances are slim of getting to the Elite 8, healthy or not.

Yep me too..Just keep the momentum going
 
The SEC tourney is nothing but a moneymaker for the conference.

While winning it would be nice, getting some rest for the big dance would be beneficial.
 
Barns is not resting this team any. Same as all year. Balls to the wall.
One and done? You got to be kidding. Listening to big blue fans to much. They want to win this as bad as any game.
SEC co champs and tournament winner and your looking at a number 2 seed. Very possible.
Anybody who says the Vols cannt make the elite 8. Well don't count em out.

I know... I was thinking Bro took it a little more than the way you said it.
 
1pt or 20pt win its still a W. ARK beat UT in regular season at ARK back in DEC (95-93). And if UT gets past ARK, UT beat KY twice reg season and BAMA beat UT pretty good in FEB. So get past ARK I think I would rather play BAMA in champ game, think it will be harder to beat KY a 3rd time.
