Chalk up another win for the Vortex team.

Sent them my faulty red dot two weeks ago and got a brand new one back last night.

Not a top shelf optic to some, but they're hard to beat in the customer satisfaction arena.

What was wrong with it?

Wouldn't turn on. Swapped batteries and nothing. It's about 4 years old and on one of my primary AR's so it's seen some range time. I have several like it but never had that happen
