So they were in Court on the 9th.
I can't find ANY news anywhere about what the judge did or said?
Very odd.

Probably just a preliminary appearance and set a future date for a trial. Could have been handled by lawyers and defedan didn't appear.

They have already had their preliminary.
Only thing I can figure is the lawyer(s) asked for more time or something to get ready to cut a deal or something.
