Got into a couple of them yesterday evening. One was a keeper at 18" the other was 14". The small brown was on a trout magnet. I lost what was probably a big brown, jumped 4 or 5 times, at 10 pm. My line got frayed somehow and just broke off.

What kind of action do you use on those jerkbaits? Is it a floater? I never have had any luck with them in the pond.

I fish them like regular jerkbaits and most of the ones I have suspend.
