If you have or know where i can shoot an 80lb bowtech invasion i would appreciate your response. I am willing to pay someone to shoot theirs a couple of times if i can not find one to try at an archery shop. Please pm

OMG how could you sell it, i shot the 62lb version and it is one of the best feeling bows i have ever shot. Please let me know what you like better so i can try that as well.

No i want be shooting 80 yards and i want be shooting moose or elk or anything ever that will require more than a 60 pound bow. I already have a bow and am not looking to purchase another one, i have only asked if someone has one i can shoot. If you do i will appreciate your response and time.

Why would you want to shoot a bow at 80lbs? I lived in Alaska for 18 years and my wife and I have taken several moose with my best being a 68". Her draw weight is 53 lbs and she has had complete pass throughs on 3 of the 4 moose she has taken. I shoot 62 lbs only because it's the weight I have optimal performance out of my Matthews.

I don't get why it bothers people so much that somebody wants to shoot a bow over a certain poundage. I see this on every archery forum I go to. It's nobody's business but the one shooting the bow. If they want to shoot 40-100 lbs, let 'em shoot what makes them happy. The best thing you can do about it is to know your role and shut your hole.

It's like hunting in itself. People ask all the time "why do you go hunting...you can get food at the grocery store and don't have to sit in the woods in the cold, etc etc". Or I could go buy a beef and have it slaughtered and have less in it than what it costs to hunt deer and get 4x the meat. But it's not about just having food. It's what I like to do and it's nobody else's business but my own.

You should read my previous post, as clearly stated i dont want to own one, i want to shoot somebodys to see how it feels. Just because i am curious about a bentley doesnt mean i have pondered buying one, but if i get the chance to test drive one I would love to just for the experience..

I like it!

that was funny as $**# almost spit coke on my keyboard....and its sooo true I hardly post over on at because of so many keyboard cowboys.I bet a 500 gr arrow out of that bow would be a KILLER

I have a Bear Carnage set at 76lbs and it hits hard!! Even with Nockturnals, it's still hard to follow the arrow under 30yds. And, as for why, that's what the bow was set at when I purchased it. Thought of cranking it down, but guess that's just not my personality .
As for drawing and holding, It's not really any more difficult than 70lbs.
