My brother made a trip up to deer camp this week to prep a few things for our annual trip up there this year.
For those that don't know, Oklahoma is in a drought that is off the charts, and the area we hunt is right smack in the middle of the worst of it. Everything is dead, ponds are drying up. There is one little pond the property that still has some water in it.
He put this camera out yesterday afternoon, and this morning here is the first deer pic I received.
I don't even care about the antlers, but this deer looks terrible.
Could this be something more than malnutrition? EHD maybe.
