Went this morning!

Sat up my decoys where they normally roost but I was suprised to find they started gobbling in many different areas of the farm! Appears they are breaking up a little bit! Never did get any near me and at 7:30 am it was over and never heard another bird! I hate when that happens!!
Packed up my toys and went home!

Did you try and move to the gobbling birds or did you just stay put with your dekes?

Why did you leave? Just because they quit gobbling didn't mean they were gone.... they were probably with hens and had you waited long enough, might have gotten a chance at a bird. After the hens leave the toms to nest/lay eggs..... the toms will go out searching for other receptive hens.... you could be that hen.

Don't give up, hang in there man, sometimes you just have to wait em out.....
