Western Carolina Catamounts from the Southern Conference

Rolling into town.....

For the history buffs of college football, several SEC teams in the early days (1921-1933) were in the Southern Conference including UT and UF.....

Side note: Sewanee: The University of the South was once in the Southern Conference and the SEC.... :shock:

Looks like the ACC started in 1953 and grabbed a bunch of teams that were left....

I'm a Vols fan that supports them when they are both good and bad. It just seems that a few on here (non Vols fans) are more interested in trolling than supporting their own team. Must be nice to have nothing else better to do.
