What do y'all call a Coosa bass?

Looking at the fishing guide can be confusing. In the fish I.d. section they call a Rock bass a Rock bass/Redeye but in the state record section they call a Coosa bass a Coosa/Redeye? I call a Coosa a Coosa and Rock bass a Redeye. What do y'all call them?

X2 I call the rock bass a red eye. The red eye are my favorite to catch and eat.

Rock bass is called rock bass.

To easy to get them confused by calling either a redeye.

I agree, every time I hear someone say they caught a lot of "Redeye" I'm like soooo... what were they? Lol

Maybe I'm wrong but I've been under the impression that a Coosa was a redeye, one of the species of black bass, and a rock bass is a big mouthed sunfish, probably what we called goggle eyes back home in south MS.
