What do you use to sharpen broadheads?

If the blades are flat and removable, I use a Blade Sled sharpener.

A $10 bill, least I did till I quit lol, spitfires were about $10 a piece, shot a few that didn't ruin but enough buried into the dirt/rocks I didn't trust myself to straighten.

I need to sharpen some broadheads, and my current sharpener isn't doing a good job in my opinion.

100% Lansky or similar process. Also, shot placement....there's plenty of kinetic energy to go thru a deer with a "dull" broadhead (fixed). Under 40 yds, 60-70lbs of of draw weight.

Why would you use a "dull" broadhead, when you can easily sharpen them and kill quicker, cleaner, and more efficiently?

100% agree, just saying that a gut shot with a "sharp" broadhead is trumped by a heart or double lung shot with a "dull' broadhead. Get up in there down and dirty and let er rip, at 15 yds it doesn't matter. Hunt don't shoot.

Usually my credit card, lol.

I haven't bought a sharpening system yet, but since I recently invested in some Iron Will single bevel, I'll be looking into the sharpener they sell.

Thing about 2 blade heads, the cutting edge has to be even and flat when you start, if you got a hollow in the middle the ends get sharp but the middle never does, same in reverse the middle hits the stone but the ends don't.
