The growth on her face? Anything to be concerned about if we were to harvest and process? Sorry for the blur, this was best pic of the growth.

Yeah, it looks bad but, probably not anything that would effect the herd in your area. I got pics a couple years ago of a doe with a big growth on her side.
 
Fibroma. it is fairly common and has been discussed a number of times over the year. I killed a doe with it years ago. The experts who have chimed in (BSK, etc) say that it is just a skin condition (warts basically) and does not otherwise affect the deer's health or the meat.
