What is the Max Yardage you Practice?

Most of my practicing is done at 40 yds..Thats max I will shoot at a deer, every now and then I play around at 50 and 60..

Right now I'm practicing a lot at 3-5yds and shooting 20yds for indoor league. I can't wait for warmer weather and longer days so I can shoot outside.

When it's decent weather I spend a lot of time at 50yds since that's the corner of my fence to my big target :D

I have a lock-on in a tree in the backyard with GlenDales @ 22, 32, 35, 40, 51. It makes for great practice. The only problem is that the deer dont move.

I like many others want to know how far I can shot. So with that being said, I believe in this...
I set my pins for what I am able to shoot in a group ( a 50 cent piece) my pins are 20, 30 , 40 and 50 my bottom pin is a dial pin out to 70. I start practicing at 70 and work my way in. Normally your first shots are your best shots. Something to try...

67.5...thats as far as I can get from front of house to back fence. Over the not in the oak tree, past the bean tunnel (in summer, between the tomato cages and into the target...nothing but net

I was out today practicing at 38 yds and it is only the 6th time shooting my bow. I was very suprised at how much the arrow drops in 38 yards of travel. I cant imagine what 60 yards must do.
