What kind of stabilizer is this?

This stabilizer came on my Strother Vanquish when I bought it used. Thought about selling it if it was worth anything to help upgrade my sight or rest with a good used one. Anyone know what kind it is? It's about 8-10".

Whats wrong with it ? Looks like it would serve the intended purpose of stabilizing , and absorbing sound and vibration . . I'd keep it !

Well I got a nap apache stabilizer but I bet you could buy a sims pod and screw it in the end of this and have a awesome stabilizer...I just was thinking about getting a drop away rest to replace the nap quiktune capture rest or better sights.....looks can be deceiving...because nothing is as big as that John Deere truck to my 2yo
