What size sight pins?

What size do you guys prefer? My main interest is hunting and 3D. My cobra has .029 pins but I feel like past 20yards they are too big. And I especially can't see the red one that well at 30yards for some reason. Thinking about getting some .019 pins for the longer ranges.

My spot hogg has the .019 and I really like them alot,my old sight had the .029 pins and I can tell a world of difference with the .019..I don't shoot 3D either.

I also only use mine for hunting and 3D and had a Cobra that was .029 and much like you said anything past 20yds gets covered up. I switched to Extreme Archery sight that has .019 pins and it made a world of difference. My advice would be to make the switch, you won't regret it!

Looks like I can order .019 pins from Cobra for 8.99 plus postage. Seems a little high for just a pin but guess it's cheaper than getting a whole new sight. Think I'll just order a couple of them and keep the same housing.
