I shot this nice buck coyote the day after Thanksgiving.

I used to run a trap line when I was a kid, but the last time I skinned a coyote I decided I wasn't going to do that smelly =job again!

This guy was real pretty, but the local taxidermist wanted $100 to skin him and tan the hide, and that's too much for my budget.

I have shot one this year in gun season and i put him in sink hole,172 yards shotbig dog with alot off black on his back.

If I get one like that with a nice coat or a black yote it will be skinned and tanned, most of mine have big holes in them "300wsm". I get a few every year calling foxes and yotes, the last one a was a big female and I was in the process of changing scopes on my AR and took the 300wsm on short notice, it made a mess.

A FRIEND IN NEW YORK STATE SAID SOME OF THE FUR BUYERS ARE PAYING $15 FOR THE HIDES I SAY SHOOT THEM ALL AND LET THE BUZZARDS FEAST.
