2 weeks ago I heard a dozen beards.
Last week I haerd 4-5.
Yesterday 2.
Today 1 that answered so far off Im not so sure it gobbled at me.

This is a huge piece of land that has a good number of turkeys on it, Ive been 4 times, it cant be me pressuring the birds this much. I bumped a tom and 2 hens today coming to my calling after I got up (stupid me). Isnt it to late for that garbage? I found a busted open turkey egg yesterday... hmmmm.. I talked to another guy this moprning in a store that heard one and said the gobbling is almost nothing for him too.

Shouldnt it be the other way around this time of year???
 
mmmmmm I don't know,I'm still hearing quite alot of gobbling on the roost and then some on the ground,not sure what's happening over your way,things could change in a few days though you never know.

Up until last week it was excellent! I mean best turkey season ever, but now the woods are dead!
 
Alot of them are dead here too in Marshall Co! Due to gunshot wounds to the head! All of our dead ones have quit gobblin!
 
Same here. Birds have gone silent and will not respond to anything. All hens are alone. I think it is over on my farm.
