Few meals I love the wife is not a fan. When she goes out of town, I cook what I like. Usually one of the choices. Frog legs, chicken livers or tonight dinner, beef Liver and onions. Will probably eat to much

lol, wife and i was eating at a chinese place in waverly one time. she got a couple of frog legs thinking they were fried mushrooms. after eating one of them she asked me what kind of meat is this. i said frog legs, i didnt think you liked those. she excused herself to the bathroom.

When wife is away ill open a can of smoked oysters, block of sharp cheddar cheese and fresh sleeve of saltine crackers......she hates the smell of smoked oysters....and I'll admit they look nasty....but they sure do taste good.

love my liver and onions but picky as ever about how its prepared. Most over cook it and under cook the onions.

Personally have never tried Liver. It just never sounded appealing. I need to place it on my list to try at some point.

Liverwurst is a type of liver sausage that is also available as a deli meat.
Some folks cook it with onions for a milder flavor, but it's usually eaten as a sandwich.
