Looking for info and opinions on which trail cams to look at buying ( i want black flash and $125 approx or less) any suggestions

I have 4 of the Covert black flashes that I really like. Right now the new models are around $150 but I'm not sure you'll find a decent black flash for much less than that though.

X2 on the stealth G42 No Glow. Great Camera. About 115-120 on Amazon.

Here's a suggestion. Buy the cheapest ones you can find, so that when they get stolen, you can replace them easier. You can also afford to buy two, so you can "put a camera on your camera".

There is one guarantee: you will eventually get a camera stolen.

lol yes I didn't lose much when my first trail cam got stolen last year but for nostalgic reasons wish I still had that camera, even though I had to remove the IR filter because it would fail on occasion and make black night pics. So the day pics were pink but it always took pics. I engraved my TWRA number on with a solder iron but someone still took it, I suspect the bordering landowner didn't want me getting pics because there were huge rubs everywhere.

I've only got one camera now and I've gone through a couple cheap ones that got ruined by ants. Moultrie makes good cameras that are affordable. My Primos black flash was OK until the ants got inside, but I've heard a lot of people say Primos cams are junk. I have a WGI now that has served me very well, and seems well built, but people here will also tell you WGI is pure junk. Depends on not just the brand but also the model, and whether you get a lemon or not. I'd like to say WGI also makes good cameras for the price, they are affordable.
