Whatever works best for you . I have the original B2 quick shot . Just make sure it's sized right for your arrows . It's better to err on the large side than too small . It's more forgiving , quieter and easier on the fletchings if it has a little space between the top of the arrow and the biscuit .

i have the quickshot deluxe. it made paper tuning somewhat easier i guess.
