My arrow rest broke when I shot at a doe this morning. A friend offered to give me a disc, but I don't know much about those. I've heard raves about the biskit, though. Any thoughts?

I have never heard of a whisker disc. My parker bow came with a whisker bisquit and I love it. Its perfectly quiet. I know some people say that it goofs up your fletchings, but I am on 3 seasons with the same set of arrows and I don't have any fletching problems at all.

You must not practice much...my fletching was in bad shape and got them replaced before season.

I use whiskers and was having problems with the fletchings coming off so I went and got some of those shrink on fletchings that you put on by dipping in hot water and have yet to have any problems with them yet.
